In my opinion, even TeliaSonera simplicity has released
customer needs and made them a major player in the European service industry, still TeliaSonera need to care about customer
very well, because sometimes, simplicity could make people feel neglect. So I do not agree with “Simplicity makes everything
possible” this sentence of Vision 2010.

communications in Russia, Eurasia and Turkey. In addition, TeliaSonera International Carrier offers wholesale IP and
voice services, as well as high capacity bandwidth to destinations in Europe and across the Atlantic.
