In Sony-Erisson's Press Room, I found that the cooperation between them are successful, and this is the most interesting point for me.
 
As I can see from one news, "Having led the way in establishing the true camera phone category during 2004, Sony Ericsson’s new focus for 2005 will be music. Details of the new 2005 entertainment and imaging led strategy will be unveiled at the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes, starting next week. The company is also nominated for an award for one of its 2004 success products. " Consequently, Sony-Erisson has one unity strategy, and one goal.
 
The unity strategy is the core successful point for the new fusion company. Both parts of Sony-Erisson put investment in one market and put technologic engineers together to develop and research. In my opinion, I can not see any separate points betweem them from press room.
 
In another hand, this kind of new fusion company also have some problems. Here I try to use a SWOT figure to show strengh, weakness, opportunity and threat among this kind of company.
